Shipping policy
Shipping Rates
- FREE standard U.S. shipping on orders $75+. Orders under $75 ship at a $8.50 flat rate.
- Free shipping within 24 hours of a previous order on the same AveryMae.com or Avery Mae Boutique app account. For the automatic discount to apply: website and app orders are tracked separately (and won't be recognized as the same account), and both orders must use the exact same shipping address — spelling must match exactly.
Processing Time
- Everything is in stock and ready to ship. Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process and pack before leaving our boutique in Freeland, Michigan.
- Track your order anytime under "Order History" in your account.
- During high-volume periods (big sales, seasonal launches), shipping may be delayed a couple of days. We'll announce delays in our Facebook group, Avery Mae by the O'Keefes.
Carriers & Delivery
- Most orders ship USPS Ground Advantage (est. 2–5 days). Larger or heavier orders may ship UPS Ground (est. 1–5 business days).
- Transit times vary by distance and the day your order is placed.
Expedited Shipping – $16.99
Need it faster? Select Expedited at checkout:
- Skips the queue and ships the next business day via UPS 2nd Day Air.
- Same-day app orders are combined automatically.
- U.S. street addresses only — UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes, so please enter a valid street address.
- "AM Exclusive" / Avery Mae graphic tops are made to order and may ship 1–2 business days later.
- Best for standard-size orders; for unusually large orders, we may reach out with additional options or fees before fulfilling.
International Shipping
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lost, Damaged & "Delivered" Packages
Unless you add Return & Package Protection at checkout, Avery Mae Boutique is not responsible for:
- Packages lost or damaged in transit: once we ship, USPS and UPS are responsible.
- Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier: please contact your local Post Office; in most cases the package arrives 1–2 days later due to courier error.
All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If tracking shows delivered to your address but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. We can't be held accountable for packages when tracking confirms as delivered.
Tracking
- Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking to update. In very rare cases, tracking won't update, but your order will still arrive.

Guaranteed Delivery Times
Because orders take 1–2 business days to process, we can't guarantee carrier delivery windows and aren't liable for USPS guarantees. If your order isn't delivered on time, contact USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS. We do not refund shipping charges if USPS misses a "guaranteed delivery time".
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It's the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. We're not responsible for packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address; return-to-sender packages require a $8.50 reshipping fee.
- Because we process orders quickly, there's only a short window to change an address. To cancel or change your shipping address, email support@averymae.com as soon as possible, we'll do our best, but can't guarantee changes.
